Returns
- Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain baby products (bottles, nipples, personal care items, etc.) are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items.
- Replacement will be shipped after inspection and confirmation.
